Anyone that knows me, knows that I absolutely love new beginnings. The beginning of the week, a new month (one that especially begins on a Sunday), a new year, a new location, etc. I love them allll. I love celebrating the small things like the opportunity to enter a new month and going grocery shopping, cleaning, and making goals. Today in class my professor said final grades for graduating seniors are due April 22nd... I said....?????? looked at my phone calendar and just laughed. All I could do was laugh...genuinely! Where did time go? I was just moving into my freshman dorm and now my last grades of undergrad are due in less than a month? WHEW.

Setting boundaries with yourself whether that's turning your phone on DND, closing your laptop, not allowing yourself to think about deadlines, etc. is very important to your mental health!
