I absolutely LOVE protective styles. Especially during the winter because the air is truly disrespectful to my natural hair. Braids are my go to, but recently I’ve fallen in love with faux locs. I did them for the first time in August 2018. Recently, I did them again but longer and a little different. Faux locs are probably my favorite protective style because they last for a while! I think they look better the older they get, hence why they last so long on me.
